OpenSSL in the Age of Hyperscalars: Oracle’s Perspective
2025-10-07 , Krakow/ Business Value & Enterprise Adoption

Cloud computing reshapes how businesses, governments, and critical infrastructure operate — bringing with it increasingly complex security demands. Amid this rapid evolution, traditional security foundations like OpenSSL remain as vital as ever. Far from being obsolete, OpenSSL continues to underpin trust and interoperability across modern platforms and services. This presentation explores how OpenSSL inhabits the shifting landscape of cloud infrastructure, why it remains a crucial component of Oracle's secure cloud-native environment, and how Oracle collaborates with OpenSSL to meet cloud security needs.
